Amariah Jones is a dedicated student at Calvary Day School and will be joining the United States Airforce in Fall 2025. She is an active participant in her school's athletics, competing on the Varsity Basketball team, as well as being a member of both the Varsity Competition Cheer and Varsity Sideline Cheer teams.
Alongside her athletic pursuits, Amariah also works as a Swim Instructor. She is passionate about her community and her personal growth, and she is deeply committed to representing Savannah in a meaningful way.
As a contestant in the Miss Savannah Juneteenth Pageant, Amariah aims to honor the legacy of Juneteenth, a celebration of freedom, resilience, and the African American community's triumphs. She is determined to spread the historical significance of Juneteenth, particularly among Savannah's younger generation, to keep the spirit of this important celebration alive.
Amariah believes her passion and connection to the city make her a great fit to represent the community as Miss Savannah Juneteenth, empowering others with the rich history and pride of Juneteenth.
