We are thrilled to introduce Innovative Queens: A Journey in STEAM, an inspiring new program facilitated by the Chosen For the Arts (CFTA) in partnership with the Miss Savannah Juneteenth Pageant. Designed to ignite interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM), this program empowers young African American girls in our community with the skills and insights they need to imagine futures full of possibility and achievement in these fields.
2025 events will include site tours, trip to Washington, DC, Beaufort, SC, formal Gala, Tea Party, Brunch, 7 sessions presented by our sponsors and leaders in our community, and so much more.
The pageant serves as a platform to honor the legacy of Juneteenth and promote pride and awareness within African American communities. It also highlights the achievements and aspirations of young African American women.
